For travel planning purposes, the conference will begin on 10th June at 17:00h and conclude on the evening of 12th June, or on the evening of 13th June if the slow adventure day is included.
What the fees cover
Full / Early-bird fee
Includes participation in the full conference programme (10-12th June), lunches and snacks, conference dinner, and mid-conference outing.
Postgraduate student fee
Includes participation in the full conference programme (10–12th June), lunches and snacks, conference dinner, and mid-conference outing.
Undergraduate student fee
Includes participation in the full conference programme (10–12th June), lunches and snacks, and mid-conference outings.
Conference dinner not included but can be selected separately.
Practitioner (one-day) fee
Includes participation in the conference opening and Day 1 (11th June), lunch and snacks.
Conference dinner not included but can be selected separately.
*Slow Adventure Day (13th June) is not included in the full conference fee, and you need to register for this activity separately.
